I developed this screen when my son called and wanted a copy of his baptismal record.  What??  This is a two screen
section.  One for data entry, the other for retrieval.

The records management section provides:

  • Data entry that categorizes electronic files for easy retrieval
  • Descriptions of the electronic record
  • Ability to query records based upon category and subcategory
  • A button click to retrieve the document
